Dr. Giuseppe Spezzano

Dr. Spezzano is a registered psychologist in Ontario. He has been assessing and treating children, adults, and families for over twenty years. He has worked in schools, family counseling centers, and psychiatric settings. Dr. Spezzano conducts psycho-educational assessments to investigate learning disabilities, ADHD and the various social, emotional, and behavioural challenges students and parents face.

A husband and father of two, Dr. Spezzano brings a compassionate, informed perspective to his work, seeking to empower those he works with to grow in their relationships and personal lives.The son of Italian immigrants, he received a PhD from the University of Toronto, and has been practicing in Ottawa since 2000.

Dr. Farinon is a registered psychologist in Ontario. She has been assessing and treating adults for over twenty years. She has worked in private practice, hospital and , psychiatric settings.
She is a licensed psychologist with a deep passion for helping individuals navigate the complexities of life. Her career is rooted in an understanding of the mind-body connection, and she has spend over two decades in the field helping clients address a range of emotional, psychological, and behavioral challenges.
Born to Italian immigrants and raised in northern Ontario, her early life experiences instilled in her a strong sense of resilience and empathy. She completed her psychology studies in Toronto and has since been based in Ottawa, Ontario where she has lived and practiced since 1998.​

Dr. Spezzano carries out psychological and psycho-educational assessments for children in elementary and high school. He also provides assessments for young adults in post-secondary settings. His work is deeply influenced by developmental psychology and attachment theory, which grew through his studies with the Neufeld Institute. As a Parent Consultant and trainer, he provides guidance and support to parents, helping them foster healthy, secure relationships with their children.He also works with a diverse range of clients, including adults and families. In all cases, he believes in the healing power of relationships and interpersonal connection to help people cope with life's inevitable challenges.
​In addition to her professional work, she is an avid musician and poet. For years, she has channeled her creative energy into songwriting and poetry, finding that this artistic side complements her therapeutic approach. She believes in the power of creativity to heal and help people express themselves more fully.

When she is not working with clients, she enjoy spending time with her family, playing guitar, and exploring new avenues of personal growth and artistic expression.
